He' not entirely evil. He just has a harder time showing the other side to him. The death of his father took a toll on him. He looks up to his brother and is very protective towards his younger siblings, he loves his mother with everything he has. Just a harder time of showing it to every one, he thinks he has to put up a wall every time his other side comes through, he is afraid of being hurt and losing his family.
The Day His World Shattered
When Damon found out about his father's death his world literally came crashing down around him. His father was everything to him, losing him just was even harder. The day he died he lost a father, a friend, a mentor and a teacher. He stayed for the funeral but as soon as it was over he disappeared for a while going to the one place he knew he wanted to be at. His best friends Milo and Demitrey also came with him, he broke down in front of his two best friend's that day and ever since then he will not shed one tear ever again. Or so he think's.
The Guys
Milo and Demitrey became like brothers to him, they did everything together no matter where they where at. If Damon left the house they knew where to find him, he went missing they where there with him, always making sure he was ok no matter what it was. They knew that leaving him alone with his thoughts was a bad idea so they always stayed close. If they could not be with him they would always turn to Catalina to keep a watch over him. That's what he loved about the Horseman twin's they always where there when he needed them and vise versa.
His Wall's
He began at a young age when his dad died to start building up walls around his heart. Yes it seems silly but once those walls where up no one could hurt him, his feeling's would be buried away in the depth's of his soul. He never liked showing his other side to anyone well maybe not anyone, Emma and Milo and Demitrey and Catalina where the only one's who really saw his other side and he knew he could feel at home with them no matter what he shared with them, he knew they would not judge him for how he was when it came down to that kind of stuff.
I hope you all had an amazing summer
